Beginning October 31st, ASMBS will be hosting a 3-day event that challenges people to get up and move more. ASMBS wants people to focus more on their physical activity; increasing their step count by 500 steps per day. CHRIAS wants you to take part in this challenge to emphasize the importance of a healthy lifestyle and to help in the fight against obesity!
For this challenge, all you will need is a pedometer, body-monitoring device, or any other means of tracking your steps (such as free iPhone or Android apps).
